Earley Engineering is a stable and successful company established in 1993 working almost exclusively on Alvis cars for clients. We are known internationally for the consistently high quality and reliability of our restorations. We cover all aspects of rebuilding a car including routine maintenance and servicing, mechanical rebuilds, coachwork renovation and painting. We have five shops on site dealing with carpentry, machining, mechanical work, coachwork and panel-making along with our own spray booth.
Cars restored by us, particularly the Alvis cars, regularly achieve top places in world class events, both in rally preparation and concours d’elegance. Our clients’ cars have achieved great success at events such as Pebble Beach in California, Monte Carlo Classic, Paris St Cloud, Antwerp Classic Salon, Rallye des Alpes, Alvis Owner Club Concours, Geneva Salon, Tiger Rally Malaysia, Cape Rally Argentina, Flying Scotsman, Peking to Paris and Trans America to mention a few. We have a growing international clientele of collectors and competition owners who demand the highest quality workmanship.
We are always happy to talk to enthusiastic people who are interested in a career in historic/classic vehicle restoration. If you are currently employed within the industry or are looking for a job please get in touch to discuss current opportunities. Our current vacancies can be viewed here.
We have developed our own Modern Apprenticeship scheme to train people for a career with us in vehicle restoration. This is a carefully structured modular training course, delivered in conjunction with local colleges. It will enable you to acquire the formal skills needed to be productive and successful in the job, as well as providing essential safety training.
In return we offer a stable, interesting and long term career working with a friendly and professional team in a rural location with good pay, pension and benefits.
